⏸ Needs Decision
Blocking factors:
Scope: medium Risk: medium Spec: partial Type: feature
Summary: System is a non-functional stub - not a real OSINT investigation tool — Phase 2: Evidence
Suggestion: needs investigation
Rationale:
Action: Review each blocking factor above. Remove
blocked:needs-decisionlabel to route back to triage.GSD PLAN: response missing GATE: line.
Fixed: Phase 2 Evidence Pipeline Issues
Investigation found that several claims in this issue were partially outdated:
Actual issues found and fixed:
1. Module name mismatches (entity_module_map.py)
The entity-to-module mapping referenced module names that don't exist:
These caused silent pipeline failures in the auto-gather system.
2. Recursive entity investigation unblocked (orchestrator.py)
The queue_entity_investigation LLM tool was explicitly filtered out of the orchestrator tool list, preventing recursive sub-investigations. Removed the filter.
3. Silent import error swallowing (registry.py)
Module registration used try/except ImportError: pass for all 80+ imports. Replaced with a helper that logs warnings for failed imports.
4. Completeness criteria wrong name (orchestrator.py)
COMPLETENESS_REQUIRED_MODULES referenced "hibp" (not a registered module name). Fixed to "haveibeenpwned".
Resolution
Commit:
