Problem

Current orchestrator only runs 6 hardcoded modules instead of the full playbook.

Requirements

  • Run ALL 60+ modules from the module library
  • Playbook's 14 modules is bare minimum starting point
  • LLM should consider blocked modules when deciding execution order
  • Order optimization/restaging should be considered for bonus rewards
