Problem

Investigation run only captures limited module execution data. Need comprehensive tracking.

Requirements

Evidence Tracking

All sources must be tracked
Cross-reference between entities and evidence
Quality grading system for evidence (Admiralty grading already exists but not used properly)
Timestamp all evidence captures

Module Execution Tracking

Which modules ran, which failed
Why modules failed (error message)
Execution duration
Rate limit hits
Blocked module attempts

Loop Detection

Prevent infinite recursion in sub-investigations
Track investigation depth
Maximum recursion depth config
Circular reference detection

Investigation State

Comprehensive state machine (pending → running → paused → completed/stopped)
Checkpoint system for resume
Wall clock timeout handling
Cost tracking (API costs)
