Phase 6 synthetic test for the triage-runner inline-fix disposition.
Task: open docs/kanban-design.md and append a single comment line at the top of section 1 reading: 'Phase 6 smoke (2026-09-16): inline-fix path verified'. Then commit on a smoke branch and push. Close this issue. Card on fixit will land via daemon wrapper triage-runner.
Verification: if the commit lands, the path works.
