Synthetic test issue for the triage-runner Phase 4 verification. Created with labels=[triage-approved] so the daemon's active trigger fires and the wrapper SSHes to blackhole to create a kanban card assigned to triage-runner. Safe to close once Phase 4 passes.
Closed by triage-runner Phase 4 smoke (2026-09-16). End-to-end flow verified: forgejo issues.labeled webhook → wrapper SSH → kanban card → triage-runner read body → fetched issue → closed via forgejo-api.sh PATCH.
