When a script is dispatched via the daemon (triage, fixer, etc.), it currently posts results to a single hardcoded Matrix room (the forgejo room).

The daemon already passes ROOM_ID as an env var to dispatched workers. The scripts should read ROOM_ID and post to that room instead, with a configurable fallback.

Feature-triage.py fixed (commit xxx). Gsd-issue-fixer.py and others still hardcoded.
