Node Hub is for testing and demos, not production hosting. Apps should automatically stop after a period of inactivity to free resources.

Requirements:

  • Configurable inactivity timeout per-app or global default
  • Auto-stop app container when no requests for N minutes
  • Optionally restart on next request (warm-start or cold-start)
  • UI should show stopped vs running state

Prevents resource waste from abandoned demo apps and enables more concurrent testing without running everything all the time.
