Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

No Prometheus, Grafana, or logging aggregation.
Impact
No observability into running services.
Suggested Fix
Add metrics endpoints and logging integration.
Approved with condition: integrations (Prometheus, Grafana, logging) should be optional/pluggable, not hard dependencies.
Fixed in commit. Closing.
