kilo-gsd is hard-gated on clean lint: the Lint gate runs ruff check . on the whole tree, and Mark/msp_c2 has 60 pre-existing errors (53 F401 unused imports, 5 F841, 1 E402, 1 F541). This blocks every kilo-gsd dispatch on this repo at the post-Implement Lint gate (msp_c2#44, #46 both exhausted 3 bugfix retries on 2026-08-12). Fix every lint error so ruff check . exits 0, with no behavioral changes. 60 errors, 53 auto-fixable with ruff check --fix.
