The app fails to deploy because it lacks an app.yml manifest file.

Node Hub requires an app.yml at the repository root to know how to run the app. Example:

name: msp_c2
port: 3000
run: node index.js

Without this, the container fails with "exec: docker: not found" (exit code 127) because there's no start command.
