Problem

This repo has 34,244 tracked files that should be gitignored:

`node_modules/`	26,171 files
`dist/`	8,001 files
`build/`	12 files
`.vite/`	60 files

Root Cause

Committed before .gitignore was established for these patterns.

Impact

Largest tracked-artifact bloat across all repos
GSD pipeline gets false positives on generated file changes
commit-ready.sh blocks on changes to tracked build output

Fix
