After a phone call ends or a message thread goes quiet, surface a quick swipe-style card:

Call with Alice — 12 min
Swipe right to log | Swipe up for feelings | Swipe left to dismiss

Minimal friction. No form, no navigation. Just:

Who (auto-detected from the call/message)
Type (Call / Text, auto-detected)
Duration / message count (auto-detected)
Swipe to add a feeling tag (quick emoji or label: grateful, frustrated, caught up, etc.)
Swipe to confirm, done

Fits as a lockscreen notification or in-app toast after a communication event. The call/message logging from #42 feeds this the data; this is the UI that makes it feel instant.
