All 212 Forgejo Actions runs on this repo are
cancelledwithin ~15 minutes of creation (started=1970 epoch — a runner never picked them up). No CI verification has run since 2026-05-22; recent pushes (e.g.8b21e47, and 7be03d1/aa821fd on 2026-08-11) create no run at all. Other Mark repos (pc2cad, kimi_agent_home_assistant) have working runs, so the instance runner pool is fine. Fix: register a forgejo-runner for this repo (GET /repos/Mark/kimi_agent_kin_app_sync/actions/runners/registration-token,forgejo-runner register, daemon container with--userns=keep-id).
