Finding from post-deploy probe (kanban card t_465339f9)
The kilo-gsd fix pipeline for issue #147 (Dashboard quick action buttons crash or route incorrectly) failed to produce a fix.
What happened
The fixit card
t_e15cabf7launched a kilo-gsd monitor + worker pair to fix issue #147. The pipeline ran through these phases:Actual behavior
Issue #147 remains OPEN and unfixed. Zero commits reference #147. The kilo-gsd worker exited during the implement phase before writing any code changes.
Expected behavior
kilo-gsd should complete the implement phase and commit a fix for the reported bug, or fail with a clear error message if unable to produce a fix.
Impact
The original bug (#147) still affects the dashboard — quick action buttons (Quick Log, Quick Call, Send Text, Plan Meetup, Gift Idea, Add Note) either crash (blank page, silent JS error) or open the generic Log Interaction modal without pre-configuring the interaction type. The automated fix pipeline failed to address it.
Additional context
The fix for issue #147 was independently committed and pushed (commit
8b21e47on main) by the recovery worker. All 1079 tests pass.Fix summary:
