Slice S2: Plugin layer to surface Intent extras to the JS side; consume the existing App plugin intent events

Out of scope (per parent): iOS share-sheet, multi-file share.

Build deps: slices land in order S1 -> S2 -> S3 -> S4; no external blockers beyond #115 which is shipped.
