Slice S1: Capacitor manifest intent-filter for ACTION_SEND text/plain + image/*; hook into existing native shell

Out of scope (per parent): iOS share-sheet, multi-file share.

Build deps: slices land in order S1 -> S2 -> S3 -> S4; no external blockers beyond #115 which is shipped.
