Problem

Suggestions are computed by the engine and stored in Dexie, but there's no UI to show them. The feature is invisible to the user.

Scope

New Home card "Suggested interactions" with up to 5 high-confidence suggestions
Tapping a suggestion opens the LogInteraction form prepopulated with person, source-type, and the place/time
Acknowledge (logged), dismiss (not relevant), or "snooze until "" actions per suggestion
Optional /ambient route for the full suggestions history

Tied to #108 — depends on the engine + tables being present.

Out of scope

Settings for per-source toggles (separate issue)
Proactive notifications (separate issue)
