Ingest Android SMS history into the Kin PRM as candidate interactions.

Scope

  • Android only
  • Reads SMS via READ_SMS (Play Store policy restricts this — needs privacy-policy disclosure + a clear feature commitment, not data-sale rationale)
  • Surface as candidate interactions — user confirms/imports

Implementation note

Pre-Q (API 29+) SMS restrictions need separate handling — flag in implementation.
