Describe the bug
pip install -e ".[test]" fails because pyproject.toml uses flat-layout package discovery but the project root contains multiple directories (app, data, project_state, generated_prompts). Setuptools refuses to proceed due to ambiguity.

To Reproduce

cd ~/Projects/itchbox
pip install -e ".[test]"

Expected behavior
Package installs successfully.

Actual behavior

error: Multiple top-level packages discovered in a flat-layout: ["app", "data", "project_state", "generated_prompts"].

Fix applied
Added [tool.setuptools.packages] find = { include = ["app*"] } to pyproject.toml to explicitly declare the app package.

This also affects the Docker build since the Dockerfile runs the same pip install command.
