.kilo/ is a kilo-gsd working directory (per-user planning scratch).
It should not be tracked in git — kilo-gsd regenerates .kilo/plans/*.md
on each run and tracked plans block preflight gates / pollute diffs.

Currently tracked in this repo: 1 file(s).
Currently no tracked files.

Fix:

  1. Append .kilo/ to .gitignore
  2. git rm -r --cached .kilo/
  3. Commit: chore: gitignore .kilo/ working notes
  4. Push to origin/main

Local .kilo/ contents are preserved on disk (just no longer tracked).

Fixed in commit a4bafcb1db58fd3667cd53aa1ca24663a75c8654 on origin/main — chore: gitignore .kilo/ working notes (body: fixes Mark/infrastructure#82). Verified: .gitignore line 78 contains .kilo/; git ls-files .kilo/ is empty; local .kilo/ working notes preserved on disk. Closed retroactively after kilo-gsd pipeline completed successfully; the close step was bypassed by a push-failed-recovery retry path (verify-gate false-negative from a rg empty-match idiom — implementation itself was correct).
