3d_colorizer at ~/Projects/3d_colorizer/ has no source files. Only README.md stub and planning.md (1154-line conversation dump). Inline code snippets have 6+ bugs: face-index staleness, axis-locked world-space extrusion, no manifold validation, duplicate image creation. ~50% of documented pipeline (pegs, export, multi-orientation) unimplemented. No .gitignore, requirements.txt, or tests.

Feature Triage Assessment

Scope: small
Risk: low
Spec Alignment: misaligned
Summary: Issue reports ~6+ bugs in inline code snippets, ~50% unimplemented pipeline, and missing files (requirements.txt, tests) in the 3d_colorizer project at ~/Projects/3d_colorizer/ which currently contains only a planning.md conversation dump and a README stub.
Recommendation: Close as out-of-scope for infrastructure. This repo tracks system-level bugs in tailnet components (Hindsight, CUDA, provider rotation), not code quality in unrelated projects. If 3d_colorizer is meant to be maintained, give it its own repo with a proper issue tracker. For the actual bugs, a subagent could be dispatched to extract working code from planning.md and bootstrap the project.
Rationale: Small scope — it's a documentation/tracking issue pointing at existing problems in a separate repo, requiring no new code in infrastructure. Low risk — doesn't touch infrastructure systems or production paths. Misaligned with spec because infrastructure's stated purpose is 'System-level bugs (Hindsight duplicates, CUDA mismatches, provider rotation)' — 3d_colorizer code quality is unrelated to tailnet infrastructure. Additionally, one claim ('no .gitignore') is already false — the project has an auto-generated .gitignore from May 9.

Labeled blocked:needs-decision — unblock on Forgejo to dispatch to the fixer pipeline.
