Description

The project has no testing dependencies, test files, or test configuration. This includes:

No unit tests (Vitest, Jest)
No component tests (React Testing Library)
No E2E tests (Playwright, Cypress)
No test scripts in package.json

Impact

No regression safety when refactoring the complex ScrollTrigger/Three.js interactions
The 3D scroll animations (HeroSection, MapSection) are fragile and untestable
The karma system logic, once implemented, will have no validation
PR reviews lack automated confidence

Suggested Approach

Install vitest + @testing-library/react + @testing-library/jest-dom
Add a test script to package.json
Write unit tests for src/lib/utils.ts (the cn() function)
Write component smoke tests for each section
Consider playwright for visual regression testing of the 3D canvas (screenshots)
