Bug

Running npm run lint in the backend directory produces no output because all files in src/ are ignored.

Evidence

$ cd backend && npm run lint
Oops! Something went wrong! :(
ESLint: 9.39.2
You are linting "src", but all of the files matching the glob pattern "src" are ignored.

Root Cause

The ESLint config in backend/ has global ignores that match all src/ files, or the file patterns don't include .ts extensions properly.

Severity

BLUE Low — Linting still runs via git hooks but the explicit npm run lint command is broken.
