Issue

Services lack proper health check endpoints for container orchestration and monitoring.

Location

services/api/app/health.py exists but could be enhanced
Docker compose has basic health checks but could be improved
Kubernetes readiness/liveness probes need consideration

Current Implementation

Basic health endpoint exists but doesn't check:

Database connectivity
Docker socket access
Redis connection

Proposed Solution

Enhanced health endpoint with dependency checks
Separate readiness (can serve traffic) vs liveness (is alive) endpoints
Health check aggregation for all services

Acceptance Criteria

/health/ready - checks all dependencies (DB, Docker, Redis)
/health/live - basic liveness
Database connectivity check
Docker socket accessibility check
Redis connectivity check
Update docker-compose health checks
Add health check documentation
