Issue

Multiple users cannot work together in the same session. Real-time collaboration would enable pair programming and team workflows.

Proposed Solution

Multi-user terminal sessions with cursor tracking
Operational Transform (OT) or CRDT for conflict resolution
User presence indicators
Permission levels (read-only vs read-write)

Technical Approach

Use Yjs or similar CRDT library
Extend existing WebSocket terminal implementation
Add user awareness (cursors, selections)
Implement permission model

Acceptance Criteria

Multiple users can connect to same terminal session
Cursor and selection tracking per user
Conflict resolution for simultaneous edits
User presence indicators
Permission controls (view only vs edit)
Audit log of collaborative actions
