Description

executeDeployment() runs commands via local execPromise with mocked/stubbed behavior. No actual AWS/Azure/GCP SDK integration.

Impact

Cloud deploy button does nothing real.

Suggested Fix

Integrate AWS SDK, Azure SDK, or gcloud CLI for actual deployment.
