What to build

Enhance the visual appearance of chains in the horizontal arena. Add connecting lines/energy between symbols, make flow tags more prominent with color-coded energy, and show dead lanes as cracked/shattered/faded.

Changes

Add visual connector lines or energy threads between consecutive symbols in a chain
Make flow tag colors more prominent (glow effects, energy auras)
Dead lanes: show as cracked, faded, or otherwise visually "closed" — distinct from active chains
Consider condition auras around chains (veiled, barbed, etc.) shown as subtle effects

Acceptance criteria

Symbols in a chain have connecting visual elements (energy lines, glow threads)
Flow tags are prominent and color-coded with ambient glow
Dead lanes visually distinct as blocked/closed paths
Condition effects visible around chains when present
