Summary

Once a design is loaded/digitized, there is no way to upload a new or replacement image. The file input only renders in the empty state.

Repro

Open Workspace, upload any image, run Auto-Digitize.
Look for an upload / "new design" / "replace image" affordance.
Header has only Save to Gallery / Export PES / Settings / Help. input[type=file] is absent from the DOM (it renders only under the empty-state gate at src/components/workspace/CanvasArea.tsx:247).
Starting a new design requires a full page reload.

Expected

A "New Design" (or replace-image) action available whenever a design is loaded — resets workspace state (RESET) and re-opens the file picker or drop zone.

Severity

P2 — every repeat session forces a reload; breaks the core loop for multi-design use.
