Scope: small. Backend tests for /v1/export.

New file: /home/b/Projects/easystitch-service/tests/unit/test_export.py. Round-trip each format (PES, DST, EXP, JEF) through pyembroidery.write → pyembroidery.read. Verify output bytes match the format spec. Error cases (invalid format, empty stitch list) → 422.

Pure test work. ~50 lines.
