Scope: small. Backend tests for /v1/threads/catalog.

New file: /home/b/Projects/easystitch-service/tests/unit/test_threads_catalog.py. Mock JSON loaded in-memory. Cover: happy path returns expected shape, missing file is handled, malformed JSON is handled.

Acceptance: pytest tests/unit/test_threads_catalog.py -v exits 0. Pure test-file work, no production change. ~50 lines.
