Parent-Issue: #119

Part of the Settings modal implementation (parent #119 covers the full modal). This child is the Color simplification preview section.

Scope

Add a Color simplification preview section to the Settings modal at src/pages/Workspace.tsx:335-357. Entry point for live preview of the quantization result (see related issue: color-simplification-preview).

Acceptance

Section is a Collapsible matching the right panel's Design Settings pattern.
Shows a small preview thumbnail of the currently-loaded design after quantization (uses whatever color count setting is selected in the right panel's Design Settings).
Clicking the preview opens the full color simplification preview UI (separate issue covers that UI).
Existing 480px modal width, role="dialog", aria-modal, data-testid, backdrop click + Close are preserved.
A Playwright regression test confirms: open Settings → preview thumbnail is rendered → clicking it opens the full preview.

Out of scope

The full color simplification preview UI itself (separate issue). Thread library, background color, default render scale, default undo history depth, grid visibility. Those are separate children of #119.
