Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Description
Gates are hardcoded. No plugin API for custom gate types.
Impact
Cannot extend GSD with project-specific gates.
Suggested Fix
Add plugin discovery and loading system.
Decomposed into #22 (4 phases). Phase 1 (interface + registry) ships alone and makes codebase cleaner even without custom gates.
