Issue: The ProviderStep card description says "GSD supports 20+ providers" but only the following are actually implemented:

9 in PROVIDERS constant (anthropic, openai, google, openrouter, github-copilot, bedrock, azure, groq, ollama) + 2 pseudo-providers (default, openai-compatible) = 11 total
Only 7 have working API calls (bedrock and azure are stubs)

Also: The GitHub Copilot provider (github-copilot) is listed as supporting OAuth, but there is no actual implementation for using Copilot's API — it would also fall through to the same "not yet implemented" error.

Fix: Change to "11 providers" or "9+ providers" and either implement or remove the stubbed providers.
